Create11 Festival in East London
The annual Create festival takes place in East London's Olympic host boroughs, where more than 12,000 artists live and work.
This year's festival events include exhibitions, live music, outdoor cinema, nocturnal walks, rooftop farming, underground readings, craft workshops, secret parties and pop-up restaurants.

The Create Art Award: Folly for a Flyover
A temporary building in the gap between the east and westbound traffic of the A12, hosting waterside cinema, theatre, workshops, cycle-powered boats and a local food café
Create House
A secret building in Canary Wharf with pop-up restaurants from London's underground dining scene and interactive installations by London artists
East London Art Weekend
From 7 to 10 July, there'll be exhibitions, music, performances, cultural trails and family events at East London art institutions such as Barbican Art Gallery, V&A Museum of Childhood, White Cube and Whitechapel Gallery
Talks and Walks
Including a debate on public art with artist Gavin Turk, a panel discussion on the impact of smog, a nighttime stroll with award-winning poet Inua Ellams and tours of an abandoned Dalston shop that has been turned into a farm
Live Music
Music at Create11 ranges from rap and grime at Hackney Empire to a violin recital at Wilton's Music Hall, the oldest surviving music hall in the world
Theatre and Dance
The Arcola Theatre and Punchdrunk present a promenade performance around East London inspired by Charles Dickens, while street dance phenomenon Blue Boy Entertainment's new show Touch comes to Theatre Royal Stratford East
