This month is when we celebrate the Chinese New Year the streets are filled with people and colour in and around Trafalgar Square as a procession makes it was through. This makes for some great photography opportunities.

Christmas Biscuits

This simple biscuit recipe is great, very simple and dead quick. The basics are here but then you can add your own ingredients to make what ever biscuits you like. I did this last weekend and the preparation only took 20 minutes and the cooking time takes 15.

Tempura Prawns with a sweet chilli dipping sauce This is a great little recipe and it takes only about 20 minutes, it's great infront of the tv, or with friends as a snack. Ed says "Delicious with a bottle of Sainsbury's Cava with friends or without."

You will need

Tempura

1 Egg
1 cup of iced sparkling water
1 cup of flour
1 table spoon of praprika Large prawns
Vegie or Sunflower Oil
